Jaclyn Boldt Selected as Dietary Director at Brookings Health

Brookings Health System recently hired Jaclyn Boldt to serve as dietary director at both the hospital and The Neighborhoods at Brookview nursing home.

In this role, Boldt is responsible for providing team leadership, overseeing expenses and directing daily food service operations at both Brookings Health System’s hospital and nursing home. She also oversees menu evaluation and planning, kitchen and storage facility sanitation, and food safety.

Boldt has four years of dietary experience, serving most recently as the dietary director at Riverview Healthcare Community in Flandreau, S.D. She holds a degree in nutrition and food science from South Dakota State University with a specialization in dietetics. She is a certified dietary manager, certified ServSafe instructor and a registered ServSafe examination proctor. In addition, Boldt currently serves as the secretary for the South Dakota chapter of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice.
