The Neighborhoods at Brookview Consistently Receives Outstanding Family/Resident Ratings

The Neighborhoods at Brookview has received consistently strong ratings from its biannual family/resident survey since transitioning from Brookings Health System’s old nursing home, Brookview Manor.
According to the latest survey conducted by independent research firm, MyInnerview, overall satisfaction for the facility ranked at 96%. In addition, 97% of those interviewed indicated they would recommend The Neighborhoods to others. Both of those scores have consistently ranked in the mid-90s since the facility opened in June 2013.
“Our consistent top scores are credited to our amazing, caring staff and our revolutionary facility design,” said Administrator Jason Hanssen. “Our team’s dedication and love for our residents is able to shine through our building’s architecture which enables us to create a homelike environment for residents.”
The Neighborhoods commissions a family/resident survey biannually to better understand the perceptions of the residents and families the nursing home serves. The survey gathers feedback on a range of items, including activities, meals, therapy and laundry services. Administration and staff use the survey results to improve services and processes.
The Neighborhoods at Brookview is a five-star nursing home that offers short and long-term care to residents.
