Employee Giving

Brookings Health System employees are asked to support vital programs through the Employee Giving Campaign. Through team members generosity, we make a meaningful impact on our workplace and our community. Each fall employees are asked to pledge contributions to funds of their choice. New employees are also given the opportunity to pledge upon hire.

Employee Emergency Fund

This fund provides immediate support to employees facing unexpected financial hardships, ensuring our team is supported during challenging times.

Employee Fitness Center Fund

Contributions to this fund help maintain and upgrade the employee fitness center, promoting health and wellness among staff.

Foundation General Fund

This unrestricted fund supports the areas of greatest need within Brookings Health System, from patient care to equipment upgrades, ensuring our organization can respond flexibly to emerging priorities.
