Understanding Grief 6 Week Education Series
The experience of grief is unique to each individual. There are, however, emotional and physical symptoms, thoughts and behaviors that tend to be present among many people who grieve. Understanding what these are and learning ways to cope with them can be helpful when one is grieving.
This program not only focuses on understanding and coping but also provides a source of support for class members. You are welcome to attend all or some of the classes.
