Understanding Grief 6 Week Education Series

The experience of grief is unique to each individual. There are, however, emotional and physical symptoms, thoughts and behaviors that tend to be present among many people who grieve. Understanding what these are and learning ways to cope with them can be helpful when one is grieving.

This program not only focuses on understanding and coping but also provides a source of support for class members. You are welcome to attend all or some of the classes.

Class is limited to 9 participants.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

  • Each individual will be screened for symptoms and temperature upon entering the hospital
  • A mask must be worn during the session
  • One individual will sit per table
  • All surfaces are disinfected prior to each session
  • Hand sanitizer/soap & water is available
