2017 Christmas Store = HUGE SUCCESS!
Dec. 6 and 7 were two amazing days filled with shopping, laughter, memories and appreciation. Every single resident was able to obtain gifts for family, friends and loved ones for free!
Each resident had a smile on their face while taking all the wrapped and bagged gifts back to their rooms. The store would not have been possible without the help of staff members from Advanced Asset Alliance (AAA) in Sioux Falls and volunteers Patty Porter, Pat Hansen, Cheryl Anderson, Bev Anderson and Ruth Hevle.
I want to give a special thanks to Joyce Perry, Heidi Henderscheidt, Eileen Schlotmann and Annica Hornick for all the help and assistance with the store. Great teamwork made for another great event!
We look forward to the New Year. It will be another jam packed year of fun and excitement here at The Neighborhoods. We have some new entertainment lined up for January along with some fun craft projects waiting to be worked on during Tuesday morning craft time.
Joyce and I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and we wish only the best for all in 2018!
