From the Administrator's Desk

I would like to start off by thanking everyone who participated in our semi-annual Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey in December. The survey is extremely important to us as care givers because it allows us to see how we are doing in 
regards to caring for your loved one. We did receive our results back and I am proud to say that we have an overall satisfaction rating of 95%. This is a 1% increase from six months ago. We also scored a 95% in recommendation to others, which is a 2% improvement from six months ago. I do appreciate you taking the time to write down comments on the survey. I personally read each and every comment and try to act on any opportunities that you list within the survey. 

We will soon be heading outdoors and enjoying the nice spring weather. The residents and staff are anxious to start up the large group outings again. If you would like to participate in our large group outings we could always use your help. Please reach out to Amanda Uecker and she will fill you in on all of the volunteer opportunities that we currently have. 

I look forward to seeing everyone in the facility and I appreciate all of the support that you give to our residents and staff.
