Arlington Medical Center Hosts Free Weekly Weight Loss Support Group Beginning March 20

Beginning March 20, the Arlington Medical Center in Arlington, SD, will host a free weekly Weight Loss Support Group led by Tonya Froehlich, CNP.

The Weight Loss Support Group’s focus is to “Regain Eating Nutritiously Every Week.” Each week the group will exchange healthy recipes, gain helpful tips from expert speakers and learn weight loss strategies.

The 30-minute meetings will begin each Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. at the Arlington Medical Center. All community members are welcome to attend. For more information, contact Arlington Medical Center at (605) 983-3283.
