Dr. Mark Vossler Starts as Emergency Physician at Brookings Health

Dr. Mark Vossler recently started at Brookings Health System as a physician in the emergency department.

As an emergency room physician, Dr. Vossler treats and cares for patients who visit Brookings Health System’s ER. Duties include assessing a patient’s health status and condition, beginning treatment, and ordering tests as needed.

Dr. Vossler is trained in internal medicine with a subspecialty in emergency medicine; he has 24 years of experience in the ER setting. Prior to starting at Brookings Health, Dr. Vossler worked at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown as an emergency department physician.

Dr. Vossler received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. He performed his residency in internal medicine at the Royal C. Johnson Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Sioux Falls.
