Gibson Certified to Perform DOT/CDL Medical Exams

Nurse Practitioner Jo Gibson, medical provider at White Medical Clinic, recently became certified by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners to perform DOT/CDL medical exams.
To be certified by the National Registry, Gibson completed training according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) core curriculum requirements and passed the FMCSA’s medical examiner certification test.
All medical cards issued to Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers must be provided by examiners listed on the National Registry. As a certified examiner, Gibson will submit medical certificate information to the FMCSA on everyone who applies for a medical card with her.
