The Neighborhoods at Brookview Launches Fast Track to Your CNA Career Development Program

The Neighborhoods at Brookview skilled nursing home is launching a new career development program, Fast Track to Your CNA.

“This program is a unique opportunity for people seeking full-time employment as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) who want to make a difference every day in people’s lives,” said Nursing Home Administrator Jeremy Klinkhammer. “It’s an intensive yet rewarding journey where you are paid during training, receive CNA certification and a guaranteed full-time position upon successful completion.”

Limited spots are available for the program which lasts two weeks. Selected candidates will be paid $1,120 during training and not incur any training costs. Upon successful certification, candidates will be guaranteed a full-time position at $17.44 per hour. 

The program is open to any individual ready to commit to full-time CNA shifts and looking to jump-start their career in healthcare. Interested candidates should submit an application on Brookings Health’s jobsite by visiting brookingshealth.org/FastTrackCNA. Brookings Health will review candidate applications and conduct interviews. Selected candidates will be invited to start the career development program.
