New Neurologist to See Patients at Outreach Specialty Clinic for Sleep Disorders

Neurologist Dr. Jeffrey Boyle of Avera Medical Group Neurology will begin seeing patients at Brookings Health System’s outreach specialty clinic the fourth Friday of each month. His first clinic date in Brookings is Sept. 23.
Dr. Boyle specializes in sleep medicine with a background in neurology. He focuses on treatment of conditions including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and narcolepsy. He will also work with Brookings Health System’s respiratory care team to administer sleep studies at Brookings Health System’s sleep lab.
Dr. Boyle attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and performed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, IA. He also completed his residency in neurology and his fellowship in sleep medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.
Dr. Boyle is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both neurology and sleep medicine. He is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and the American Academy of Neurology.
