New Perspectives Live Webcast Set for Oct. 24

Brookings Health System and United Living Community will present the New Perspectives live webcast on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 12:45 to 3:30 p.m. at Brookings Health System’s hospital, conference rooms A and B.

The two-hour webcast, “Supporting Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through Life-Ending Illness, Grief and Loss,” is from the Hospice Foundation of America. It will focus on the critical challenges of providing and accessing optimal end-of-life care and bereavement support for this population.

Registration for the event is $10; payment may be made the day of the event. Lunch will be provided.
