This past Sunday, Jan. 1 at 4:42 p.m., the Patels found themselves in the exact same labor and delivery room welcoming their much-anticipated baby girl, Anaya.

Diabetes Day Education Event Set for Nov. 9

Brookings Health System will hold Diabetes Day, an educational event geared toward people living with diabetes, on Nov. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. The event will be held at the health system in Conference Room A.

Brookings Health Launches Hand Therapy Services

Brookings Health System has expanded its rehabilitative services to now include hand therapy. Occupational Therapist Sara Lutz, MSOTR/L, will treat patients with conditions that affect their upper extremity, including the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
