When a doctor asks a patient parent, what do you want me to do? It is very unprofessional and helps nothing.

I felt confident that the nurse, Major, and Dr. Qader, were paying attention to my injury and I got good care.

I think that they tried to take care of me, but I am no better. I was thinking about coming back there tomorrow. I'm really worried.

I use ED at Brookings Health every 8 weeks for an infusion and I have always been treated special.

Unfortunately, my physician, who was very pleasant, kind, and explained things to me, didn't realize that there was an EKG on file that he could have accessed, which my physician did the following day. That would be my only negative about the whole experience. Thank you.

There is no way good first er panic attack "I'm dying" experience, but the care I received was caring and appreciate the help.

I was very pleased with everything that happened at the ER . The doctor was ... I've had him before, he's a great doctor. He tells you everything, you know, that's happening. He called, he actually called my cardiologist to find out what they thought he should do and came back and told me. They kept me for a few hours to check on me and I was ... I just thank them so much because I started trusting them when I came in and I have even more, trust them to go back. That's where I'll go then.

Dr. Alex Qader, essentially dismissed my questions about how it could have been a kidney stone and said that, basically back in 2017, I didn't have any kidney stones, because it wasn't on my records. Well turns out, I went to my primary doctor this past Wednesday, and I have kidney stones in both of my kidneys.

The provider did not listen to my concerns or my things that I went there for, as I was trying to tell him my symptoms. He kept saying that I was demanding to be admitted and I was not and he also, said that I was exaggerating a neural exam, because I went there for a fall on my head. I hit my head and he just started doing the exam. I didn't know what he was doing and he claims that I exaggerated by not lifting my right leg up far enough and I did not exaggerate it, because all the other stuff worked just fine, but I already have neuro issues involving the leg and other issues and he put in my notes that I was exaggerating my symptoms to make it look like it didn't work, which I have no reason to, because I didn't go there thinking I had anything wrong with my legs. He also denied that I needed to have further, checking into my lungs and listen to me about*

I think I got good ... excellent treatment and people were nice to me and treated me nice and did the right things to make me well. Bye.

Feel that I was a nuisance to the doctor. Said that my back pain was not emergency and that he can't do anymore for my pain. He made me feel that I was seeking drugs. While I was in severe pain. When I come in it was a 15 and left at a 15. Very not improve with the ER doctor. Nurses even was surprised he was sending me home in the pain I was in. Very disappointed in my treatment

The receptionist was very nice, very, very professional. The nurses was very profession, professional. The doctor was very good, I have nothing but good things to say.

Check-in was great, my nurse that administered medicine was great. The doctor was great. However, the other nurse that did my IV, I ended up getting stuck twice. If she would have listened to me, I would have only been stuck, once got a very negative attitude, and wasn't listening, otherwise the whole visit was great. I love Brookings Health Care. Thanks.

I really did not want to go to the ER. I missed a step going downstairs and hurt my foot and messed up a toenail. It always takes so long in the ER. I was amazed at how quickly I was attended to and seen by the Dr. I had xrays done even before the Dr. came in. I was given pain medication in a timely manner and told how long it would take for the x rays to be looked at by radiology. I was certainly impressed.

Every step of the way was great. The check in process, they were doing training and it was excellent. The nurse that came in to do the initial evaluation, wonderful, and the doctor was great also. We have absolutely no complaints and being traveling from overseas, they were not in any way concerned about the financial aspect. They took our insurance, our travel insurance information. But that was not a priority in any way. Patient care was the priority and they all did an excellent job. Thank you very much, bye.

The nurse treating me was so kind and sweet and I really enjoyed our conversation and humor in my embarrassing situation.

Nurses were rude and short with me. Seemed they were more interested in doing nothing than helping me as a patient. Would not recommend anyone to come to your facility.

I had a very good experience. The reason why it took us so long for a broken pinky and they came in and explain that it was a critical person and that they were working with. So, I thought that was very very good of them to do that.

I felt that you brought, admitted me rather quickly treated me well or nice and friendly reassuring... If anything I would say possible bedside, manner of the doctor himself could use a little bit of warming up. But outside of that, everything else was great.

I came for respiratory distress and I was saying awaiting my rest or did not get better after I left the hospital and I called you guys at the hospital to come in for a second time when you guys want to charge me, so I went to another place but now I'm not a very good Hospital.

I was so impressed on how quickly my son was seen and treated!

I felt very comfortable going into the emergency room, the staff did an outstanding job from the person who checked me in, to the nurse who took vitals. And to the x-ray, technician, who came in, to the doctor emergency room doctor, who did a good evaluation, who explained what his thoughts were on that evaluation who explained about what I should do. In case I have a reoccurrence of the situation. We are so blessed to have the emergency room staff in Brooking South Dakota that I'm very happy to recommend the services to anyone. Thank you.

I think my nurses name was Kennedy? She is amazing. I was in excruciating pain and she was so helpful and I hope whoever reads this, passes it on to my nurse that I am so thankful for them.

Nurses were kind and efficient.

The doctor, nurses, lab and x-ray techs were all very nice and listened to me.

I was treated in a timely manner. They let me know what was going to happen next. I was satisfied with my treatment.
