Felt I received quality care from the doctor, nurses, technicians, etc.

The friendly and compassionate staff were very comforting

We felt forgotten with a 2 hour wait. My husband was in an uncomfortable position on an examination table. The doctor when he finally came had nothing of substance to offer. Sorry we came. Wish we hadn't.

Everyone was very helpful, and kind. They made me feel better with prompt actions, I'm very thankful!

Very impressed with the care, as I've always been. Would have appreciated a little more information on activity restriction following the procedure. So, overall, very good. Just not quite sure what my restrictions should have been. So, thank you very much.

I was brought in by ambulance so didn't remember check in at all. I was evaluated in a timely manner and did get taken care of. It did take a long time to get stiches. Otherwise, all good.

It all good but it was so busy which I understand and it took quite a while to wait to get dismissed and finally went and got my papers. I don't know how you could do that any faster for anyone. It was over all great. X-ray was done fast and very pleasant girl. And I'm very glad they are there to help each and everyone of us. Thank you again.

It was a very poor experience. The doctor was only there for less than a minute and touched my foot, told me, obviously, I'm in pain. Nothing was done about the process of how I'm going to treat it or anything like that.

I was happy the way I was treated. Everybody come running when I come walking in. I appreciate that. They took good care of me. Thanks.

Very couteous, fast, caring

The doctor had no bedside manners. We ended up going to the Sioux Falls ER and they found more issues down there. So I have no results from the visit in Brooklyn, but I've had results from this visit in Sioux Falls the next day. So more thorough examinations rather than just kicking someone to the curb.

I think the doctors and nurses did a great job explaining the current path and what to do after we left if things continue to progress further negatively. I think where there is definite room for improvement is the people that come in to do the labs. She overstepped in a lot of ways, was completely rude, and probably should choose a different career path. She told me that I can leave the room and she can give my daughter shots or take the labs with me, not in there. When I said I think she's already in an irritable place since we've had zero sleep and the condition that she was currently in did not warrant additional labs being done, I think there needs to be some redirection or further education done to that employee.

Hi. So I had gone to the doctor the next day, a scheduled appointment, to talk about my injury that I was having more serious pain. And afterwards they had read my chart from the ER and it said that I was prescribed antibiotics, but I was never told about it. And the prescription, if I wasn't told, they didn't send it to the pharmacy. So I guess I was a bit confused about that. So the scheduled appointment the next day, I did get prescribed antibiotics that I'm now taking. So I thought the service there was great. Everybody seemed really nice. But just that little bit of confusion with the antibiotic. But other than that, it was a good time considering the circumstances. All right. Thank you.

It can be uncomfortable ending up in the ER but our crew took care of me as if I was a brother or sister to them. They were fast, attentive, kind and informative. They really thrive in their zone, and I was thankful for each of them that day.

There is nothing to improve. It was an absolute pleasure to get through your ER and be treated so kindly and so well in a timely fashion. I'm from New York. This doesn't happen in New York. So I just want to say that it really has been, it was really the best ER experience I've had between me and all my kids. The best ER experience. A wonderful hospital. Spotless. Everybody kind and friendly.

I was told the ambulance was driving around trying to find the activity center. Blood work showed I was low on sodium so they gave me saline and I immediately had trouble breathing. Your Drs. and nurses do not think beyond the text book and we are not all text book people. Hope to never again have to go there.

I did have one nurse that came in my room. I'm not sure who she was. She was only in there the one time. But when I said something about the blood pressure cuff burning my arm, she ignored my request for the large cuff, which they always use. And it burnt my arm and bruised it. And I said, the following nurse that I called because of that quickly and promptly changed it politely.

I was very satisfied with the care. I felt that the doctor that was in there listened to me and treated me accordingly and did recommend other options. But I was very satisfied with the care. Thank you.

The doctor stated that the ER wasn't equipped with the equipment that he needed to treat my condition.

The most improved thing you could do is have when you're having tests done to get back with the patient. I still have not got the results from my test. Thank you.

Everything is excellent, everything is excellent. Good service, good care, everything seems very good to me, everything is going very well.

I was not really alerted at all what was happening in the emergency room, and I was disappointed that they asked him to come home that day. He was, in my estimation, it wasn't a good time for him to come home. However, he did, and he did okay until the evening when he had some more episodes, and the next day we had to come into the emergency room again, and he was led into the hospital for four days after that. So I wish that they had explained to him that he could give information, you could give information out to his wife or to somebody else, and that you would be giving information to him.

I had just had A tramatic ( at least for me ) fall & I didn't appreciate his silly jokes .

Hi, yes, the doctor was very, very nice. He explained everything and he listened to the child's concerns as well as mine, took time with us and I felt like it was a really good experience and we got everything that we needed to be successful that night. Thank you. Okay.

The staff was friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable.

Some of the nurses there can be very rude and snappy and it makes the patient extremely uncomfortable, especially regarding pain. They make you feel like you are just there for pain medications, but I feel like an ER is there to help a person in pain no matter what, if the pain is considerably serious. So I feel like they need to train their staff to understand the patient more on that and be more respectful.

I am very disappointed and the doctor did nothing to help me at all.

The... the time in the ER, was... was great. I tell you Dr. Jason, is who I had and he did everything just totally right. I did kind of have a problem with the younger nurses. I kind of, maybe a little bit of a bedside cheer maybe out of them, a little mannerism, kind of a little more upbeat kind of friendly. I guess, I was a little disappointed that way, but otherwise it worked out fine. Thank you.

I was in extreme pain and the pain meds were not given to me in a timely manner. When somebody is in extreme pain like that, they should be able to get comfort and get their pain meds in a reasonable amount of time. I had to ask for pain meds several times and waited and waited. That is not acceptable.

The lady at the check-in desk was very helpful and kind, and we really appreciated her.

The lab tech who did the IV and took blood was great! I never felt her put the IV in. Everyone was kind and caring.

When I first got there, they were very good. The nurses responded good, the doctor came in good, right away. But after that nothing, I didn't even get a Band-Aid for my cuts. So I would, I'm not happy with that and when I was, the monitor went off nobody checked on that. I was just left to my own resources in the end, not happy.

The doctor was very polite and good and so was the nurse, the care was good. My problem was, my doctor had sent me there to get blood work and an EKG, which was not done. So, then I had to return to the clinic to get that done later that afternoon. Thank you.

I was having a heart attack when I arrived. The entire staff were so efficient but yet so kind.

RN wasn't very friendly. One was great and the other one really could of cared less.

Yes, he was very good to me. He told me what was wrong and I was so amazed because Dr. Cecil did not find this at all. I hope I can get better now. I doubt in my bladder there's a virus or something in my virus or something in the he gave me pills for it. But boy I don't know, I can't take all the water I want because I got to take him 6 hours apart. Then, I got to be up all day and then I got to be up all night and I can't do that. I don't know. I'll have to find out something. I'm going to see Dr. Cecil again tomorrow. Thank you.
