My experience there was very, as pleasant as could be. I was treated with respect and I was very satisfied with my care. Thank you very much. Goodbye.

The only thing that wasn't comfortable for me was the bed. With only one pillow, and the pain was in the middle of my back and the middle of my chest. I needed more pillows to put pressure where it hurt. The bed was just pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, I would've given it a 10 star.

When they say you will get discharged - don't wait 3 1/2 hrs to get it done.

Everyone was very friendly. I was pleased with the speed of service. The doc really seemed to be thorough. I have been coming to the Brookings ER since I was a child. This was my best experience ever there.

I have nothing but good things to say about Brookings Hospital and their emergency department staff, doctors, surgeons, nurses, they were wonderful. Bedside manners were 10 out of 10. They saved my life. They were great to me and I would recommend anybody going to them. Hands down. I had a great experience with them and was taken very well care of and have nothing but good things to say. So outstanding job. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I thought everyone was very, very nice up there. I thought they were courteous and I thought they explained things good and they checked in on me a lot and they made sure I was okay. I thought it was very good service. Thank you.

Jason was Fantastic! It would be nice if the person putting needles in my arm, and other's arms, did it more gently. My arm is purple at the site.

The emergency department staff was very well organized in a very well-oiled machine in my time of need. I really appreciate them figuring out what was wrong with me in a timely manner and helping me with my pain. Thank you.

The nurses and doctor were very professional and caring.

My dr was the best, he got my hip put bck in. I really liked him and staff was really gd. I've had alot worse for drs in here.

They were extremely helpful, compassionate, and kept the family completely updated as to what was going on.

This is her husband, but I was with her the whole time when she was in there, and I thought the care was excellent. It was on time, didn't drag it out, did a really good job, and I've been there before, and I can't say a bad word about you, so I'm very happy with you, and she was too. So thank you.

I'm just saying you guys helped me when I needed some help. I didn't get all the answers I wanted, but you did help me. So I appreciate that. Okay.

The staff did not identify themselves when entering the room. The doctor spent approximately 5 minutes examining me when I was there for having hit my head on the sidewalk after falling. The nurse manager said that I "chose to come there" and did not respond when I replied that "you have not chosen to treat me with respect." It was an all around bad experience.

We thoroughly appreciated our PA, I think he was, Jason was his name. He was very good, very kind, knowledgeable, and let us know what was going on all the time. Also, the gal at the front desk that checked us in was very helpful and kind.

When I arrived there, my body felt very numb, but they took good care of me. They tried to make things as easy as possible for me, but then they transferred me here. And honestly, since my body was so numb, I'm not so much in pain anymore. They did take care of me; I felt they took good care of me.

I went in with a lot of pain and discomfort beyond my, I could bear. So that's why I went to the emergency room. They were busy. I did have to wait, but they did tell me they were busy and I was kind of disappointed in that. And I know, understand that they're busy too. Anyway, I just want to say and commend Nurse Heather and Dr. Jason. They did an unbelievable job. They're fantastic. I would 100% recommend the emergency room and their care. They were so caring, knowledgeable, and did get back with me, let me know what's going on. I ended up having the best experience I could have. And again, Nurse Heather was so awesome and Jason.

My experience was excellent. I appreciated that they were really trying to discover what was causing my problems. They tried to keep me comfortable while they were trying to find answers. My husband and I left with a plan of how work with a severe stomach bug. Thank You!

Our care was really good. When my son broke his collarbone, they got him in right away. They took really good care of him and got his pain under control. And we appreciated the great staff there.

I just wanted to let you guys know that we were very impressed with the emergency room. We really enjoyed our doctor and our nurse. The only thing that I would comment on is whoever came in to verify our paperwork. We really didn't like her very much. She came in. She verified it. She didn't really talk about anything. It just seemed like it was just another thing that she was checking off and a little bit slightly annoyed that she was doing it. Did I catch her name? No. Did it really affect her visit? Not really. It was just something that was like, oh, well, it was a little rude, but whatever. It is what it is on a Sunday, I guess. Anyways, that was it. But otherwise, like, really loved our doctor, really loved our nurse. Everything was super explained very well, very patient with our son, even though he's one. So anyways, you guys have a good day. Bye-bye.

Everyone I came in contact with was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I was in sever pain, I felt very confident that I was well taken care of.
