The on call doctor, Dr. Bennis, that delivered my baby who is not my normal obgyn came into the room maybe 4 times while I was in labor for 10 hours. She and her nurses would leave without telling me when they would be back After multiple times of me stating that I was ready to push for about a half hour, I delivered my baby's head on my own because nurses and doctors were not present. My husband had to get them from the nurses station telling that her head was out. When the doctor finally got to the room she said I should've given a two minute warning. I would have figured that me stating I felt like I had to push and screaming my head off should have been indication enough that delivery was soon. I felt very disrespected by the doctor. I also need to get stitches and when I asked how many I was given she talked to me like I was an idiot saying they don't count a certain number of stitches just depends on the tear. The night shift nurses were excellent and I felt respected by them the entire time. They were very supportive of me while contracting and getting an epidural. The day shift nurse made me feel like I was being dramatic with each contraction, not offering any support and disappearing without word multiple times. Overall this hospital experience was bad. I did not feel respected by day shift staff and the on call doctor. I still plan on using this hospital in the future because I love my normal obgyn

My nurses, Liz & Kassidy, were angels. They were both so kind, respectful, & patient & made for a very positive birth experience.

All nurses and doctors made my stay amazing in the birthing center! Would recommend.

Dr. Bennis and the nurses I had during delivery were amazing! Very supportive staff that always made sure me and family were comfortable and taken care of!

Everything was good, only that comparing my two last deliveries, I felt that the quality of the hospital has decrease, just a little.

I loved my nurses! Loved the atmosphere and coziness of the birthing suites. Will definitely have my future children there

Every single nurse in the labor and delivery unit was absolutely kind and amazing.

We had an interaction with a gal from the billing/insurance department that was completely unnecessary and interrupted my rest and recovery. This individual entered my hospital room without knocking or waiting to be invited, and her visit was not necessary, and could have been passed along to the nurses or been part of the discharge process. I would recommend retraining on the delivery of billing/insurance information and the appropriate time to provide that information (I.e. when a patient is sleeping is not the time to do this).
