Hello, I’m Melissa Muñoz. 

I am married with four beautiful children. Becoming a doula has been a great interest for me. Being a mother who birthed children without one made me realize how much I could help moms in their most precious moments and vulnerable times in their life. I am a bilingual speaker, English and Spanish, here to help you with your needs and concerns so you don’t have to worry. My skills are vast, but not limited to, child birth support,prenatal education, emotional support, client interaction, stress management, birth planning and maternal health. With that said I always aspire to learn more to provide the best experience possible. I appreciate being able to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds because I know that at the end of the day all we want is to have a loving welcome when we meet our new loved ones. Estoy casado y tengo 4 hermosos hijos. convertirme en doula ha sido un gran interés para mí. Ser una madre que dio a luz hijos sin uno me hizo darme cuenta de lo mucho que podía ayudar a las madres en sus momentos más preciados y momentos vulnerables de su vida. Soy un hablante bilingüe, inglés y español, aquí para ayudarte con tus necesidades e inquietudes para que no tengas que preocuparte. Mis habilidades son amplias, pero no limitadas a, apoyo al nacimiento infantil, educación prenatal, apoyo emocional, interacción con el cliente, manejo del estrés, planificación del parto y salud materna. Dicho esto, siempre aspiro a aprender más para proporcionar la mejor experiencia posible.
