Rachel Dieckmann, Doula

Rachel's original inspiration in becoming a doula began when she was present to watch a birth as a child. She graduated from SDSU in 2022 with an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and pre-medicine. After not being accepted into medical school, she looked into the doula program to gain more medical-setting experience in an area that she is passionate about.

She loves babies and the concept of motherhood and desires to have her own children one day. She feels strongly that the pregnancy, birth, and post-partum experience should be as supported and positive as possible. Her goal is to provide flexible, client-tailored support to provide for the needs of mothers and their families.
