I would like to tell you that I was disappointed in the fact that the doctor was only there, just came in and left immediately. I did not find anything else. The nurses were very good, but I just think the doctor should have come in and told me what to expect after I got home. I just feel like I was left in the lurch. I really don't have any more, and I am disappointed because I have been there in emergency before and I have had good care, but I felt like I was just another person in there, get me out of there.

When I received my care I had x-rays that were read incorrectly saying I did not have a broken foot. Dr. Wagner said it was a broken blood vessel. I apparently have three fractures in my toe or in my foot and a broken tendon.

Very very poor bed side manner. Very little communication between doctors nurses, anything between the patient. Did not know what was going on at all. Every question I had no one had any answers for. Would not recommend will not be back.

The only person that really gave me information about my scan, was my nurse, she did care, she saw and read my the notes of the scan. The doctor did not see things that were there. WHY? My nurse was the best. The two gals that did the scan/procedure, they were very knowledgeable at what they were doing. I am a U.S. citizen and like to be treated like one. I have insurance and take care of my bills with the income I work hard for. I have never expected to get cost less treatment.

I feel like the doctor that saw me with this work injury did not listen to me fully and so I felt unheard and when people are unheard they're not taken care of well. So, that's my opinion.

The ER Doctor entered the wrong finger on the release paperwork, causing errors when I underwent surgery! All the paperwork is wrong.
