Brookings Health Earns Path to Excellence Award for Improving the Patient Experience

National Research Corporation recently selected Brookings Health System as a recipient of its 2015 Path to Excellence award. Brookings Health System was recognized at the 21st Annual NRC Picker Patient-Centered Symposium in Washington, D.C. this past fall.
National Research selected Path to Excellence award recipients based on how successfully the recipients deliver quality care according to what patients identified as most important to them. The award is only bestowed upon those organizations that are ranked by patients as being a top performer.
The winners were selected from the extensive database of National Research hospital clients for their performance over the last four quarters. Brookings Health System was selected as a Patient-Centered Care Champion in the Information and Education Dimension of adult inpatient hospitals.
