Parents Can Now Select Their Doula at Brookings Health System

Parents who deliver at New Beginnings Birth Center at Brookings Health System can now select a doula ahead of their birth to help them through the labor and delivery process.

New Beginnings Baby Café Open House Set for Aug. 23

To celebrate National Breastfeeding Month, New Beginnings Baby Café will hold an open house “birthday party” from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23. The event will take place outdoors in the picnic area just west of Brookings Hospital’s ER entrance. Cupcakes and punch will be served.

Registration Now Open for Doula Training

Registration is now open for the Childbirth Professionals International Birth and Postpartum Doula workshop scheduled for Sept. 9 and 10 at Brookings Health System.
