New Year’s Baby Born at Brookings Hospital

Baby boy Hussein Sari arrived this morning at 5:02 a.m., making him the first baby of 2019 born at Brookings Hospital.

Registration Now Open for DONA Birth Doula Workshop

To further develop the volunteer doula program for parents delivering their baby at New Beginnings Birth Center, Brookings Health System will again host the popular DONA Birth Doula workshop on Dec. 8 and 9.

New Beginnings Baby Café Anniversary Celebration Set for Nov. 6

New Beginnings Baby Café, the free, drop-in breastfeeding support session for nursing and expecting mothers, will celebrate its third anniversary on Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. in Brookings Hospital Conference Room A.
