Krantz Joins Brookings Health System Foundation Board

Scott Krantz was elected to the Brookings Health System Foundation board of trustees at the December 2023 board meeting. He will serve a two-year term through December 2025. 

Krantz is a South Dakota native and a South Dakota State University alum. For six years he has served on the advisory council for the Boys & Girls Club of Brookings and is the current past president. He recently joined the corporate board for the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains which serves club locations in Brookings, Moody County, Yankton and Vermillion. 

Krantz has worked for Larson Manufacturing for the past 25 years. He worked in different regions of the U.S. for Larson in distribution and logistics before relocating back to Brookings in 2014 when he accepted a new role in sourcing. He currently serves as the director of global strategic sourcing for Larson Manufacturing’s parent company, Fortune Brands

“I have been excited to see the growth and expansion projects of Brookings Health System in Brookings and the surrounding communities. I think it is vital to have top quality healthcare in our communities and I am excited to join the board to contribute in any way that I can,” said Krantz.
