Plastic Surgeon Dr. Thomas Howard Will Begin Seeing Patients at Outreach Clinic

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Thomas Howard from Sioux Falls Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery will begin seeing patients at Brookings Health System’s outreach clinic April 10. Following that clinic date, he will be available the third Tuesday of every month. 

As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Thomas Howard performs reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck, as well as reconstruction of burn injuries and scars. In addition breast reduction and augmentation and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).

Dr. Thomas Howard obtained his medical degree from the University Of South Dakota School Of Medicine. He performed his general surgery and plastic surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Richard Howard, Dr. Thomas Howard’s father, also from Sioux Falls Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery  sees patients at Brookings Health System outreach clinic the second Tuesday of every month.
