Ronne Hired as Human Resources Director

Kayla Ronne was recently hired as the new Human Resources Director at Brookings Health System.

In this role, Ronne will manage human resources functions, including recruitment and selection of new hires, training and development of staff and employee relations, compensation and benefits. Ronne will provide leadership, guidance and support to management throughout the health system to maintain and enhance the work force and organizational culture within Brookings Health System. She is also responsible for oversight of gift shop operations and Brookings Health System’s volunteer program.

Ronne has over seven years of experience in human resources, most recently serving as the Human Resources Senior Innovations Consultant at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD. She has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota and earned a bachelor’s in business management from Northern State University.
