Complete waste of time, and resources, didn't do a thing, and just sent us home saying deal with it.

Very efficient and great interactions with staff - well-done.

I was in and out pretty quick, but everyone I met was very professional, friendly, and did their jobs well. Plus Seinfeld was on in the waiting room, so your waiting room attendant has good taste in comedy.

My daughter was brought in last Monday after having a seizure. The staff was mostly distant and cold. The woman who came in, to take her blood was probably the most friendly. Her name was Kathy, we really appreciated her smile and, and warms while she was in the room. Otherwise, the nurse barely addressed us as her parents. The doctor, misdiagnosed her with syncope. She does not have syncope, she's had at least 2 seizures since then, told us that he doesn't recommend further treatment or work up. Highly, highly disappointed. We are coming in again today, to the clinic for an appointment and requesting emergency referral to a Neurologist, because my daughter does not have syncope. She's not well, she's having multiple seizures. Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated, in that emergency room.
