Everyone from the surgeon to the nurses, talked with me and explained the surgery, the anesthesia, possible side effects and a schedule to self-administer my eyedrops and what to do if encounter any signs of infection.

I stopped to pick up a sheet to keep track of my eyes drops. Receptionist did not want to give me one as I was not down to have the surgery. I told her the date and time the eye clinic called. She had to check around before she found the right information. I was not down for surgery until I was standing there. Receptionist was rather rude.
